The AU Commission Chairperson Condemns the Central London Terror Attack

The Chairperson of the African Union (AU) Commission, Moussa Faki Mahamat firmly condemns the terror attack in central London on June 3 2017, which claimed the lives of seven people and left 48 injured.

faki“I wish to extend my sincere condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and a full recovery of those injured in yet another cowardly attack of terror in the world,” said Mr Faki Mahamat.
The Chairperson also expressed the AU’s steadfast rejection of all terrorist attacks and underlined the need to continue the fight the scourge of violent extremism and hate.

In Manchester, ‘One Love Manchester Concert” thrilled the audience as the all-star show remembered the victims of the suicide bombing at an Ariana Grande concert on 22 May.

Ariana Grande told the crowd: “I want to thank you for coming together and being so loving and strong and unified.”
